CONCEPT PLAN – (one visit) plus $1.50/km mileage
New Yard – $899
Existing Yard – $1,099
- PLEASE NOTE: due to the large size of rural properties, I can only include approximately 50′ from the house foundation in any direction on a plan.
- At-home appointment which includes yard assessment & sketch along with discussion of a 2 page Questionnaire.
- I may ask for a property surveyor’s certificate or site plan.
- Compilation of lists of suitable Trees, Shrubs & Perennials.
- Discussion of & Completion of sketched Conceptual Plan (not to scale but pretty darned accurate!)
- Access to follow-up information at any time.
Sample Concept Plan
LANDSCAPE DESIGN – (3 visits – possibly 4) plus $1.50/km mileage
New Yard – $2,999
Existing Yard – $3,199

- Initial at-home appointment which includes yard assessment & rough sketch along with discussion of a 2 page Questionnaire. (this first step is basically the same as a Concept Plan except I measure your yard.)

- Discussion & rough planning on sketch.
- Request for a property surveyor’s certificate or site plan.
- Your entire yard is measured in detail.

- Second visit to view & fine tune the scaled rough design.
- Third visit to present the entire Scaled Landscape Design drawn to scale.
- Access to follow-up information at any time.
- you also have the option of doing the Landscape Design via ZOOM or second & third visits can be arranged in my office.
